About Me
My name is Ana Nedeljkovic. I am 38 years old, married, and a proud mom of two wonderful children. I am a licensed Home Child Care provider. I have been working professionally in the childcare field since 2003. My passion for child care originated with my work as a babysitter in High School. After High School, I finished Nursery Teachers College and worked in Public Preschool. I enjoy working with children and I strive to provide a loving, caring and happy place for all children in my care. My goal is to provide a welcoming, safe, happy and stimulating environment for children where they can learn and grow physically, emotionally, intellectually, and socially at their own pace. I believe children learn through play and benefit from a structured yet flexible schedule. Activities will be offered which stimulate sensory motor development, language development and social interaction. The development of strong self-esteem is also a major goal. We encourage children to try new things, ask questions, explore ideas, and discover themselves. Children will be taught to respect each other, adults, and property. I teach children life skills such as: learning how to share, take turns, following directions, and use words to solve problems. We provide unconditional love and emotional security, a sense of routine, and an opportunity to be creative and playful.
